Return & Exchange Policy

No Returns/Exchanges: Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or incorrect shipping address.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us at hello@deanehaviland.com within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Evidence Required: You must provide clear photos of the defect or damage to initiate a replacement or refund.

Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase. Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

International Orders:For customers in the EU/UK, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
